According to Ayurveda, the food we eat needs to match our dosha, our individual constitution.

If you have a vata constition (eg air and space), you should eat food that helps your body to be grounded.

If you are a pita person (eg water and fire), you should eat food that is cooling.

If you have a kapha constitution (earth and water), you should eat food that is light and easy to digest.

I offer cooking classes to help you prepare food that is matched to your constitution (dosha).
